So bought this about 4 years ago. Right after the first year, after the warranty was up, the left burner goes out. Now the entire glass top has cracked when nothing was wrong. Just a pot of boiling gumbo, no spills or anything and it cracks for no reason. This is the worst appliance I have ever owned other than a kenmore washer. I will never buy a new appliance again

Our new refrigerator is just what we needed, our older refrigerator was a GE also, although my carepartner could not reach the top shelves of it. The new side by side has more storage has reachable shelves. It also has a door ice delivery system the is excellent and keeps us from opening the freezer door everytime we need ice which is frequently. We purchase the black version so it would match the other appliances is a compliment to the rest of the kitchen. We plan on replacing the dishwasher and the microwave with the sam brand

GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY/PROTECTION PLAN!

The oven lit on fire 1 year and 1 week after we received it. There was smoke, sparks, and fire spewing from inside the oven. It was a great oven/stove while we used it. No one was injured and we were able to manage the situation, but if we hadn't had an extra protection plan we would have been $900 out of pocket; like I said, it was 1 week after the manufacturers warranty...

A week after our 1- year warranty ended, the oven was on broil and had a minor explosion and broke. So, lifespan was 1 year. Bummer. I liked it while it worked, but it didn't work long.

Like sleek design. Like the warming burner. Would have given 5 stars, but really didn™€™t like the fact that there is NO instruction guide included. Downloading and printing off internet is a lack of consumer service. Top of range is hard to keep clean, fingerprints, water spots etc.

Just started using the stove and oven and it works great! Heats up very quickly. I love the little warming burner on the back. The only thing I don't like is the high gloss finish, very difficult to keep streak free. My old one had a matte finish.

The oven works as I expected. One glitch in ordering. I originally ordered the oven one step down. I wanted just the basic oven understanding less electronics less chance of something needing repairs over the long term. I looked at a stainless steel model in the store that had a ™€œpatterned flat top™€ instead of basic black. I assumed it would wear better and look better over the years. I wanted a black model instead of stainless steel. I was told that model was not on sale ? The color makes it more expensive? Ok but that™€™s what matched the rest of my appliances. When the oven arrived it did not have the ™€œpatterned flat top™€ it was the basic black. Two week™€™s waiting and already delivered I was not going to start all over again in my search for an oven.I was very disappointed! Obviously the sales person was not aware of this possibility.Sales persons was very nice and delivery people excellent. make sure you double check every detail even if you are just changing the exterior color of an appliance

We are super happy and excited with this unit. It was installed on February 24, 2023 and it is beautiful. It looks good it seems like it runs good it™€™s excellent condition and it was installed by Barlow who did it very well for GE. I highly recommend this for anyone be sure not to slide your pots and pans on the flat surface and read the directions how to clean it and how to maintain it that™€™s what™€™s important here.

Discovered that the cooktop was loose a few days after delivery. Called Best Buy and they wanted $99 to have a tech come out to look at it. So I am getting the entire range replaced for free. Hope the replacement is better.

Our last glass cooktop got a large crack in it so we had to get a new one. I love the air fry feature and use it regularly for green beans. The stovetop itself seems more intense than our last one. After cooking on it only a few times, there are spots that are seemingly impossible to get off, despite cleaning it immediately. Thus the 4 stars.
