Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Disappointing after 2 days

Daughter of GE employee 10/11/2024

Several disappointments on Day 2. My electric range was delivered with a screw missing in the oven that left one side of the top heating element dangling. The delivery man came back and added a screw. The next day, I noticed what appears to be another missing screw on the front edge of the cooktop, leaving a gap between the cooktop and the stainless steel plate beneath. Beyond that, it was annoying that I was anxious to try it out the day I received it, only to discover that the cook surface needed to be cleaned with special cleaner before using. Yet no special cleaner was provided with the appliance. Couldn't you have provided a sample to use? Also, I spent extra for the air fryer feature, yet the pan needed to do air frying isn't included. Nor was any grill plan included. My dad, who spent his adult life working for GE, would be so disappointed with what GE has become.

Slow to heat up

KLB17 7/21/2024

I liked my GE range so when it stopped working I bought an updated version of what I had. While I love the different size burners and it's easy to use, it takes more than twice as long to preheat than my old one. I thought if anything an updated version would be faster.

Not really impressed

Arlene C 5/8/2024

My glass top is impossible to clean, my old one was better. I have to work so hard to get it close to what I consider clean but it still looks cloudy (can't describe it really) I reported this to the dealership we bought it from and he said he'd look into it but we haven't heard anything in about 3 weeks.

great features

601pm 5/6/2024

So far so good. I'm afraid to use it, I don't want to get it dirty. There was a "new" chemical smell to burn off with cranking the heat in the oven a few times. The first time "air-fry" wasn't crispy, so....I either need to learn how, or it's not amazing. I love the "steam-clean" concept, but I don't know how well it works yet, because I don't want to get the new oven dirty.

Seriously lacking

Mtvbakes 4/9/2024

The oven for baking is ridiculous! It™€™s impossible to change the temperature md bake. And you can™€™t see both the temp or time at the same time. Who thinks up these options? You turn the oven off to reset the temperature. There is no direction for this in the manual.

Nice range

Connie 77 3/14/2024

I like my new range. The only thing I would change is the pull out for the drawer underneath. It does not have a good handle to get a good grip on it to pull out easily. Would not have chosen the black ceramic top. I would have chosen white. Easier to see where to clean with top matching rest of appliance. Took a little adjustment for us to learn how to use all of the features on a new stove but it does a good job and we are enjoying it.

Grammy51 2/16/2024

There's only one thing I don't like. When you turn the heating elements on, they immediately start at the highest setting. Any stoves I've had always started at the lowest setting. It seems backwards. Also, white should not be considered a 'special order' color. What happened to providing a PRINTED operational manual?

We love the Stove everything seems to work fine it looks fine we did find that the beeper that tell you when it's done it's way too low and cannot turn it up the sound the oven on preheat takes a while to get up to temperature but it does get up to temperature just got to get used to it Also when you're preheating and the preheat thing goes off it's about 20 degrees before it gets to temperature put another 10 minutes to it and it's at temperature.
